“Down the rabbit hole” is a phrase that originates from Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s
Adventures in Wonderland (1865), where Alice literally falls down a rabbit hole
into a bizarre and fantastical world.

Over time, the phrase has taken on broader figurative meanings: In the book, Alice
follows a white rabbit and tumbles down a deep hole, entering a surreal, dreamlike world full of strange creatures and logic-defying events. Exploration of the unknown: Starting on a path that leads to unexpected and often complex or bizarre outcomes. 

Obsession or deep dive: Becoming deeply involved or absorbed in something, often to an excessive or overwhelming degree. Questioning Religious Upbringing Meaning: A period of deconstruction, questioning long-held beliefs and searching for authentic spirituality beyond dogma. You might experience a spiritual separation from God and not know how to get back into the personal relationship that you once had.
